The accommodation is equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle which is convenient for preparing light meals. One can walk to the center within 10 minutes and there is a lovely restaurant onsite with good food and fair prices. the staff is described by guests as friendly and supportive.

There seems to be some incidents with the check-in process which can be quite frustrating.

The staff members were very friendly and spoke good English. the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. the restaurant served excellent food and beer at fair prices. the hotel is conveniently located near bus stops that take you to the city center in less than 10 minutes. the hotel is suitable for walking as it's within a half-hour from all major attractions of the city.

The hotel lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer week. the rooms facing the main road were noisy and light, making it difficult to sleep at night.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff spoke English and German fluently and was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-maintained with a variety of amenities like a fridge, a kettle and a microwave. Moreover, the restaurant offered delicious food and refreshing drinks at reasonable prices. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city center.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! The breakfast was delicious and they even offered hot cocoa, which was perfect for the cold weather. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the main square and the Christmas market, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby, it was a nice touch to the holiday atmosphere.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking and coughing during the night, which was not ideal for a good night's sleep. the heating in our room was not working properly, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature.
